Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GreenIT account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove personal data and pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
